We're so excited that your child will be joining us for the 2026–2027 AWANA year!
Throughout the year, children ages 4 through 6th grade will meet in small discipleship groups as they grow in their knowledge of God's Word. As they memorize Scripture and attend each week, they'll earn patches to display on their vest or jersey. Each night also includes recreation or art, giving kids a chance to burn off some energy, as well as a time of worship together. We also offer Puggles for our 2- and 3-year-olds. While Puggles participants do not earn patches, they follow the AWANA curriculum in an age-appropriate way and join us for worship.
**IMPORTANT UPDATE 8/19- Our Puggles class is at capacity! If you have a 2-3 year old that you are interested in enrolling, please email faith@pointviewbaptist.org to be put on the waitlist.
Uniforms & Workbooks
If your child is moving into a new club this year (for example, from Sparks to TNT), you'll need to purchase both a new jersey (or vest) and the appropriate workbook. If your child is remaining in the same club and already has a vest or jersey, you'll only need to purchase a new workbook. Please note: All Sparks and TNT clubbers will need a new workbook each year, as the curriculum changes annually. Cubbies (ages 4 through Kindergarten) only need a vest—no workbook is required. If you'd like to purchase a Cubbies workbook to use at home, please contact me directly. It's a wonderful resource that follows what your child is learning each week in class.
Registration & Payment
You may register up to three children using this form. Payment for all selected items is due by August 26. All payments must be submitted through this registration form, as we are no longer accepting Venmo. One of the best things about AWANA is that you only pay once at the beginning of the year—there are no additional program fees throughout the year. It's one of the most affordable extracurricular activities you'll find for your child!
Kickoff Night
Join us for our AWANA Kickoff on Wednesday, August 12, at 6:30 PM! You'll have the opportunity to: Browse the curriculum Try on vests and jerseys to find the right size Meet your child's leaders Pick up the year's schedule Ask any questions before the year begins
